David Huerta grew up in Corpus Christi and graduated with honors from the Plan II honors program at the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 1996. During law school he clerked for the attorney who served as personal legal counsel for President Bill Clinton.

In 1996 Mr. Huerta was licensed to practice law in Texas. He began practicing with his father, Albert Huerta, who was one of the foremost injury lawyers in South Texas. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Huerta has successfully represented thousands of injury victims throughout Texas, including many multi-million dollar catastrophic Injury and death claims.

Patrick L. Beam graduated from St. Mary's law school in 1982. He began practicing that year for a highly respected defense firm. He began representing injury victims in 1984, and was a name partner in Burkett & Beam, a highly successful personal injury law firm. He served as general counsel for the “Texas Treasure” entities, a multi-million dollar gaming operation, from 2003 to 2009. Since 2009 he has continued representing injury victims and businesses involved in commercial litigation. Since July 2015 he has also served part-time as City Attorney and Chief Prosecutor for the City of Robstown. During his many years of practice he has successfully resolved thousands of injury claims, including many multi-million catastrophic injury and death claims. .
